Norman B. Ratner, Founder, Director, and Chairman of the Board,
conceived the original business model for Airplay America. He brings
40+ years of experience in the entertainment and media industries, which has encompassed a multitude of arenas. He has enjoyed success as a
record producer, music industry executive, music publisher and theatrical agent from number one records to working with and representing some of the world's top talent.
Among his many ground breaking achievements has been
co-founding the
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with legendary entertainment attorney
David
Braun, to working with Bill Cosby to break the last remaining
barrier in professional sports (getting the first black man ever to
qualify and race in the Indy 500).

Dr. Linda Burd Howard brings a broad range of
expertise and experience to AirPlay America. She holds a Master's
Degree in English Literature and a Ph.D. in psychology from Yeshiva
University. She has taught English in Great Neck, New York,
and completed did her post-doctoral training at New York University, where, as a faculty member, she specialized in the treatment of Chronic Pain Syndrome. Her outstanding work in the treatment of anxiety won her a special award from The American Dental Research Foundation. While in private practice in New York, Dr. Howard
in her successful private practice specialized in the treatment of eating disorders and building healthy relationships.
She now devotes her time to investing and entrepreneurial business
pursuits. To this end, she serves on the Board of Directors of AirPlay America,
where her combined expertise in literature, psychology, business, style and science
is the perfect addition to AirPlay's salon industry focus. Dr.
Howard lives in Boca Raton, Florida, where she enjoys raising her
two teenagers.
